A little bit about me

I have an associates in social and behavioral science, as I had planned to go into psychology early in college. I moved to Springfield from the San Francisco Bay Area to spend some time with my father before he died.

Being around kids gives my life new meaning - they have my heart completely. I believe in gentle parenting and giving children security in feeling safe, protected, and cared about. I love teaching them new things and giving them the tools for everyday situations; from using fine motor skills to learning new games. I love seeing their minds expand as well as playing pretend with them. I’m always learning new things about them and their world around them. To be one of the people to hold their hand while they explore it is one of my life’s greatest joys, and I only hope to bring joy to their life.
