Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

At the beginning of this summer, I worked as a camp counselor, where I helped lead group activities, kept kids engaged, and made sure they had a fun and safe experience. I also worked as a certified lifeguard for two years in high school, which taught me how to stay alert, respond calmly in emergencies, and prioritize children’s safety at all times. These roles gave me great experience working with kids in both structured and active environments

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing a variety of activities with kids that keep them engaged, learning, and having fun! Some of my favorites include arts and crafts, reading books together, playing outside, and going on little adventures to the park or library. I also enjoy doing simple science or sensory activities, helping with homework, and playing games that encourage creativity and problem-solving. I always try to tailor activities to the child’s age, interests, and energy level so they feel excited and supported.

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and loving environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and free to be themselves. Building trust with both the kids and their parents is key, and I always strive to be reliable, patient, and attentive to each child’s unique needs.
