My prior experience is mostly with casual or regular babysitting jobs. I also managed childcare for my local quaker meeting in town where I cared for up to 6 children at once with different ages from 1-9 years old. I was also a part-time nanny for a year for an infant.

what matters to me most about being a nanny is establishing an environment where we can see each other on equal levels but also recognize be able to respect each other, and especially be able to respect who ever is in charge of watching the children.
