Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been babysitting and doing childcare work for 18 months now. This has included meal prep and light housecleaning, as well as picking the kids up from school and putting them to sleep when the time comes. I have also gotten children ready in the morning by waking them up, getting them dressed, doing their, breakfast, and walking to school. The experience listed reflects this as a mix of nannying and babysitting jobs. I also teach softball pitching lessons and coach. During the summer '21 I was a camp counselor for 6-7 year olds.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love baking and doing arts and crafts projects. Outside, I love to be in the park whether it's for the kids to play on the swings or have a little picnic. I am also very sporty so any sports the kids are interested in I would love to practice with them.

During the summer when I was a counselor, one little girl was very nervous to put her head under the water in the pool. After a summer of encouragement, she held her breath and dunked her head. Once she came back up she immediately found my eyes and we jumped for joy at her accomplishment. As proud of her as I was, I was mostly touched that she immediately looked to me to see if I saw. I now babysit her regularly and get to see her grow even more :)
