Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I owned my own short term low income sitting from my home. I only allowed one family at a time..provided breakfast and lunch and even dinner if the kiddos weren't picked up yet. I provided a way home if needed but would have to wait till I closed for the day. Creative things were done as well! Activities! Reading! Outside fun!

Walks and hiking are always fun! Also burns out their energy! Crafts of all kinds! Holiday crafts! Baking everything you can think off! Dancing to music! Playing games! Watching movies but only the good ones of course!

I've worked with Autism a few times along with a special case of down Syndrome. Honestly in my opinion, special needs or not. They're gonna have a special place in my heart and will be lived and cared for as my own
