It’s not just about supervising—it’s about being fully present, nurturing their curiosity, comforting them when they need it, and helping build the foundation for their sense of security and confidence. It also means being a reliable support system for the parents and maintaining open, respectful communication to ensure their child is cared for in a way that aligns with their values and needs.
