More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Relevant experience caring for children includes over 15 years of work with kids in both classroom and home settings. I spent more than 10 years working at a private school as a preschool teacher and as a substitute teacher for grades pre-K through 8th. Over the past four years, I transitioned into full-time nannying and have cared for children of various ages, helping with daily routines, school schedules, activities, and creating a safe, engaging environment for kids to learn and grow.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Activities I enjoy doing with children include reading, outdoor play, and activities that encourage imagination and learning.
I love getting kids outside for walks, playground time, and going to local parks, as well as planning activities like library visits, playdates, and seasonal crafts.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is the trust between a family and their caregiver. Parents are trusting you with their most precious gift, their children, and I take that responsibility seriously by providing a safe, caring, and positive environment every day.

My experience with special needs children...

While I do not have formal experience working with children with significant special needs, I do have strong experience supporting children with social-emotional needs, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Through my background in both classroom teaching and nannying, I have worked with children who needed extra patience, structure, and guidance to help them regulate emotions and feel confident in daily routines.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moments are the small, everyday ones. Seeing a child’s excitement when they learn something new, hearing them laugh during playtime, or when they feel comfortable enough to share their thoughts and feelings with me. Those moments remind me why I love working with children.
