A little bit about me

My names Kayla and I’m 19. I’ve always loved children! Last year, in high school I took an instructional practices class where I was a teachers aide. I helped kids that were behind in a first grade class. I helped them read, spell, write, etc. Now that I'm out of high school, I work as a teachers aide in a special needs class for 3-5 year olds. I'm a very patient person. I’ve babysat babies and toddlers in high school. I’m able to work when work ends (3:30 but dont get home til around 5) and also on the weekends from as early as you need until around 10:30. I can help with homework, cooking, light cleaning, etc. I don’t have a car yet so I can’t pick up or drop off kids anywhere. I'm hoping to get one soon though. Im not cpr certified but hope to be when I get a car so I can take the class. I hope to hear from you soon!

I work at grape creek as a teachers aide for special needs kids 3-5 yrs old.
I’ve babysat for a neighbor, caring for two babies and one child. Last year I took a high school class where I leave school to go to a first grade class and help the kids with independent work, reading, writing, spelling, etc.

I love coloring and arts and crafts with the children I babysit. I also like playing in the yard or entertaining them by playing with toys with the children. If they’re old enough cooking together is also a fun activity we can both enjoy.
