Hi! My name is Kaylie Withers and I am 19 years old from Ohio State University. I graduated in 2024 from Indian Hill High School.

At OSU, I am majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. I work as a Young Life leader volunteer during the school year where I work with highschool students 15+ hours a week on their walk in faith. I am on the worship team at local churches in Columbus and Cincinnati, in where I also do lots of childcare.

I love kids so much and feel I am gifted in helping kids have so much fun! I have also volunteered with a special needs ministry for over 4 years so I have learned how to deal with tons of different situations. I am excited to help out in any way I can!

I love cleaning, cooking, sports, shopping, and I am up to do anything. If help is ever needed I am there and ready!

My experience with special needs children...

One of my best friends has down syndrome. I have been to lots of camps to help children that are mentally challenged. When I get older I want to be a mentally challenged educator. I feel everyone should have an opportunity in their life to work with special needs children at least once in their life.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I was watching a 4-year-old girl and a 1-year-old girl, and whenever I would leave they would cry for me to come back.
