The most important part about being a nanny...
I think my favorite moment is the smaller moments. Giving toddlers a choice in whether they want to walk to bed or let me carry them as well as just small moments that require slowing down. Another time o was letting a child tell a story while coloring and I sat there coloring with her and small moments like that remain in my heart.
