Throughout my career in Early Childhood Education, I have had the opportunity to work with children with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. I have supported children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language delays, sensory processing differences, and developmental delays by creating structured, nurturing, and inclusive environments where they can thrive. I have also worked closely with families, therapists, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure consistency between home, school, and support services. Building trusting relationships with both children and their caregivers has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. My background in ECE has strengthened my patience, empathy, communication, and problem solving skills. I am passionate about helping every child reach their potential and believe that all children deserve compassionate, individualized support allows them to succeed.
