A nanny must also be a loving and caring person as well as uphold integrity. A Nanny is basically a Substitute parent and has the responsibilities over the children and the house while the parents are away. I believe it to be a very important and respectful job. The children must also love and like the Nanny and have a trusting relationship. The children must feel that they are important safe and secure at all times. These are the important things about being a nanny.
