More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve raised 2 successful young men now in their 20’s. I’ve been the “mom” for many children when mine were younger, and am now the adopted “nana” to their children! My life has evolved around children, some now adults, and feel I helped them in many ways to be good prosperous young adults. Strawberry picking and making homemade preserves and strawberry shortcake deserts is an annual favorite!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy gardening in my spare time. I have a large collection of desert roses and orchids.
I grew up riding horses, and showed the New England Circuit for many years in my youth and won a few years in a row! I currently have two small dogs, a mini yorkie, and a shitzu yorkie mix. I’ve donated money and time over the years to many organizations saving dogs, cats, donkeys and horses.
