Hi, my name is Kelly .I am 51 yrs old,I am married an have 2 kids .I have been a nanny off and on sense I was 20 yrs old.I have babysatt children sense I was in 4th grade.Alot of them are grown and have their own children.I am also a mom of a daughter that is now 17 yrs old and coparent my 17 yrs old son sense he was 7 yrs old.I love children and can work with any kind of child.My approach is patience.I believe yelling creates fear,I believe staying positive redirects their anger and turns on a switch in their brain to want to problem solve.Your their guide in teaching them love and not anger.My strongest belief with children is " if you give them a audience they will perform."They throw a fit I ignore the behavior let them know that when they throw a fit they do not receive any of my attention.When they are done ,we talk it out or move on.Its worked with every child I been a nanny too including my own children.I love to cook ,clean and organize ,I am well worth $25 a hour.
