A little bit about me

My babysitting career took off once my 9-year-old brother was born and advanced shortly after my 4-year-old sister was born. Once I began high school, I started to schedule more professional childcare jobs with parents who I was familiar with and neighbors. Throughout my babysitting journey, I have also been employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a server, so I am first aid and CPR certified to keep you reassured that your babies are in safe hands. My highest level of educated is a semester at Manhattan Christian College where I was majoring in youth ministry with hopes to one day become a youth pastor, but I unfortunately had to withdraw due to lack of finances to meet tuition standards. Though I am only 18, I always dream about the day I become a mother, so I am assured that your children will always be cared for as if they were my own. When babysitting, I enjoy doing something crafty or fun. To expand, for the appropriate age group, I enjoy baking so that the kids can get a feel of what it is like to enjoy something that they put hard-work and effort into. For younger crowds I enjoy doing more activities with color to expose their vision to a variety of colors and the beauty of art.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not technically have professional experience with special needs children, but I do live with and help assist my 9-year old autistic brother, so I like to say that I am familiar with the duties required when caring for special needs children.
