The thing that matters to me about being a nanny is it's not only to be there for so and so hours just to get paid and feed and watch the kid or (kids) it's about the connection with them. If you have a good connection it will be fun. Your job is not suppos to feel like work. That's the most important thing about being a nanny/babysitter.
