"Kendra is truly a great person. She’s a good communicator, incredibly patient with the kids and a nice and trustworthy person to have around in your home and with your children. She has a positive, upbeat attitude, is fun, active and planned great outings with the kids like parks, library, zoo, aquarium, etc. She’s very patient and does a great job with the kids when they’re having a harder day or need some extra grace and takes the extra time to let them practice and learn. She’s prompt, reliable and timely as well as well as flexible when needed.
The only reason we made a change was because one parent decided to stay home with the kids until the youngest goes to school full time. We’d highly recommend Kendra to any family looking for childcare!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked with children my whole life, through high school and into college I babysat for multiple families in Leavenworth. Then in the summers I worked with kids with special needs at Upper Valley Connection and did 4 summer on summer staff at Tall Timber ranch Counseling. I then went for a year to travel abroad to 11 countries teaching English to children 3 and up. I came home and then went to New Zealand and was an AuPair to a 3 and 5 year old. I recent was a nanny for a family with a 3 and 5 year old, and was in charge of them from 6:30am waking them up and getting them set for the day till 4:30 when the dad would get home. I have been in charge of cooking for the children. Taking them to activities and lessons, along with school.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love being outdoors, hiking, riding bikes, exploring and enjoy trying new things. I like to read and going to the library, I could sit and read for hours. I enjoy coming up with adventures to go on, from the zoo and the aquarium to finding the Thomas Dambo trolls.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think that it is important to show empathy with little ones, they have so much emotions and thoughts in such a small body and they don’t know how to express or communicate that yet. I think it’s up to us to teach them how to do that and love them when things don’t go right and specially show them patience when they are struggling with that.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked every summer in high with children with special needs. It is a program in my hometown call Upper Valley Connections. I then babysat one of the kids into college for date nights.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love getting to share new things with kids, a favorite moment I had was with a 3 year old, she and I would go to the library and I had been teaching her to scan the books on her own and she would get so excited. When I was stepping down from my position with the family they had asked if I get her her own library card. We went the next day and she was so excited, we got her her own library card and she was telling everyone about it and how to us it.

Hello,
I have been working with children for over 10 years, and caring for and supporting their growth has truly become my passion.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a lead teacher across multiple age groups in classroom settings, including public schools. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of child development, structured learning, and how to create a safe, engaging environment for children of all ages.
In addition, I have spent the past 6 ½ years working as a nanny for the same family. During that time, I built a strong, trusting relationship while providing consistent care, supporting daily routines, and helping the children grow both emotionally and academically.
I take pride in creating a nurturing, patient, and positive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to be themselves.I would love the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about your family’s needs.
Thank you for your time and consideration

Hi there!
I'm Miss Stephanie.
I have been caring for children professionally for 8 years.
Children are so special. I love getting to know each child individually. I build relationships from the start and that sets the tone for a strong bond and trust.
My style is silly. Kids love it and it's great for our relationship. Who doesn't like to have silly fun, right?
I take care of the family as a whole. I help with dishes and laundry. I like to take care as you need.
Currently I have a family Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9-5. I do offer evening care after that. And Thursdays-Sundays I am available any times.

Full-Time Nanny Available in Redmond, WA: Miriah F.
Three years of full-time nanny work for a private family. I also did a few babysitting jobs while in college in 2016. Currently, I work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting students on the autism spectrum. I am dedicated to my strong work ethic and committed to being reliable and available for past and future families. I give my best to the families I serve. I take pride in making everyone feel comfortable, from parents and grandparents to children and any pets you might have. I respect the homes I work in and treat them as if they were my own, providing cleaning when needed, and keeping up with laundry and dishes. Most of my experience has been in veterinary medicine for nearly 10 years, but I recently switched careers to ABA work with my ultimate goal of opening up my own therapeutic riding facility for those with disabilities.
