The most important part about being a nanny...

Being hands- on, caring and loving and showing the attention to detail and attention they need throughout the day. I tell myself, once I clock in from start to finish, that I did my job right and not wrong at all. I think it important to be a nanny now, at this time because you're also a helping hand to not just the parents/ guardian, you're working as a team so the child can be successful in the future.

My experience with special needs children...

I worked with special needs children on and off my six years working at my old childcare center. I worked either one on one or with the child ABA aid as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

First time using nanny lane, but I have babysat for my friends' children and my nieces and nephews and I think the best moment was when I got my nephew to pee on the potty. That was honestly the best day for both of us!
