More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
As I’ve gotten older, many close friends and family members have started families of their own, giving me additional childcare experience through occasional babysitting, date nights, and providing support when parents simply need a break.
Most of my experience has continued to be with infants and toddlers, especially while supporting new mothers during early parenthood.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I’m a creative at heart, so I especially enjoy activities like painting, drawing, crafts, and board games. I also enjoy reading with children and engaging in interactive play, including age-appropriate digital activities when needed.
For active play, I like spending time outdoors through park visits, ball games, supervised playdates, and building with blocks or other hands-on activities that encourage imagination and movement.

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, one of the most important parts of being a nanny is not only building trust with the child, but also building a strong, respectful relationship with the parents. It’s important to me that parents feel comfortable and confident with the care I provide and that we can communicate openly about their child’s needs and routines.
I value working closely with parents to understand how they would like me to support and care for their child, and I always aim to follow their guidance and household preferences. I also hope to be someone they can come home to and talk with at the end of the day, knowing their child was well cared for and their home was supported in a calm and positive way.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was during a playdate with a child who was initially very shy and heavily dependent on adult support.
For much of the time, it was just the three of us together, and I helped guide him through engaging in play and interacting with other children.
We spent time playing simple games like toy cars and other structured activities to help him feel comfortable and included. Over the course of the playdate, I could see him gradually open up and begin forming connections with the other children.
It was a meaningful experience for me because it showed me the trust he had built with me, and it allowed me to actively support his social development in a gentle, encouraging way.
