A little bit about me

Currently I am a senior at the University Of Wisconsin Whitewater working towards my degree in early childhood development. Through all my years working with children, I have worked in many different settings including summer camps, and in home nanny for multiple people with anywhere from one to three kids all varying in age. I have also worked in an infant toddler classroom, a preschool classroom as well as a 4 K classroom. Through my schooling I have volunteered in many child care settings as well including special education classrooms, a respite care facility, a birth to three in home therapy program, as well a 5 K classroom. Along with my many different experiences, I am also certified in CPR and first aid/bloodborne pathogens.

Since I was about 11 I have been caring for 3 children as they grew up. Over the past few summers I have spent about 20-30 hours a week with them. They are 2 boys and a girl age 16, 12, and 10. When I first began watching them they were 9, 5 and 3. I also have about 12 cousins under the age of 10 and I love caring for all of them, even as infants. I have had up to 9 children in my care at a time (ages ranging from 1 month - 10 years). I have recently held two different jobs with babies starting at 3 months of age.
