As I said before I was currently working for Dayton public schools full time working with special need kids. I've worked at day cares with all ages and I don't mind working with different cultures. I don't mind specific instructions. I don't mind disabilities. I don't mind older people. I can be vice versa.

I currently work for the income schools with special need kids. I have over 20 years experience with special need kids and I learn their needs and I treat them as any other kids because they are no different even though they have a disability.
