The most important part about being a nanny...
Keeping the children SAFE!! That is number one priority to put the guardians at ease while they have to be away. I also believe making the kids feel safe and secure knowing they’re in good hands while their parents or family are away at work. I would also like to add that having fun is important so the children i’m watching know that again, they’re safe and can feel safe with me.
My experience with special needs children...
I have not worked directly with special needs children, but I have worked with special needs adults. I do understand the importance of listening to any person I watch over or provide care to.
