Some activities I would do with children would be Art & Crafts, build a fort with them, if there is a pool around I would take them swimming, if it's a sunny day out we could play soccer or whatever sport they enjoy, or maybe sidewalk chalk.

My brother is autistic so I've grown up around special needs children. Even though he is older than me I've always seen him as a little brother and taken care of him like one.
