I quite literally grew up with child care in my blood. My mom owned a preschool and growing up I not only attended but as time went on I helped out with the kids attending as I grew older.

My experience with special needs children...

At the daycare where I worked, we had a 5 year old boy with autism. I also have a cousin who now is around 14 that has autism and I watched him ever since he was in diapers. I also have experience with disabled children. Speech impediments and physical disabilities included. I am well equipped with knowledge on how to nurture and properly care for each child as they are all a gift from God.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The best thing about being a nanny is there’s something new to look forward to every day. A new adventure. A new task. It’s always inviting. My favorite moments are watching a child learn a new skill they haven’t mastered before because it’s so rewarding to see them grow in real time.
