I have worked as a nanny periodically for the last 15 years, with children from the ages of 2 weeks to 10 years old. I have worked with families of a single child to twins and even triplets. I have experience with facilitating their homework, play dates, and meal prep. I have a valid drivers license and have accompanied children to doctors appoints lessons, school trips and family vacations. I have also been the care provider when the parents vacationed alone or had business trips to attend. I am a certified MSO trainer , I also play games, I am great at crafts.I will do all I can to keep the children learning, healthy having a full balanced life.

"Kim was a tremendous help to our family when I had my second. He came 2 weeks early and Kim was able to start pretty immediately. In the early days, where we needed the most help was family and household support. Kim would engage with our toddler (3.5 yrs) through paining and arts/crafts. She also did a lot to help prepare meals and help us with grocery shopping. Her cooking was so good that our daughter would request "Mrs. Kim's breads" for dinner. Kim takes feedback and direction very well, was incredibly flexible with her needs/schedule and overall a great help in the early months of having 2 kids at home."

My experience with special needs children...

I don’t have much experience. I do have 2 nephews that are Autistic,, so my experience is with family members.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It’s hard to have a favorite. I enjoyed when my twin girls learned how to crochet and surprised me with a scarf I taught them to make. My other very memorable experience. I was the nanny to a 3 month little girl who had only been with her parents and she was not socialized to other people around her. Day 1 she cried all day barely ate and slept, pretty much the same for day 2 but each day got better and better, When I showed up the following Monday for work she held out her hands to greet me. After that we were the best of friends.
