A little bit about me

I am trained as an occupational therapy assist, and have raised four children who I have homeschooled (whale biologist, merchant marine, climate change major, and engineer).
In the past I have hosted children ranging from ages 5-15 at summer camps teaching handiwork and homesteading skills. As a fieldwork position and also a volunteer position I have worked with disadvantaged youth and youth with learning deficits. I have also been a volunteer for 4-H, and have been a childcare giver to many families throughout the years.
My life experiences has gifted me with many fond memories of working with children, and I would like to continue on that path.
