The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the children get to be children. I want to play with the children and help them learn as they play, but I also want them to be able to be children. I want them to be able to run and make messes and have fun because you don't get to do those things for long anymore and children learn and grow best when they are able to have hands on play experiences without being told what to do all of the time.
