I am currently a daycare teacher at a small business in the Houston area. I started off in the infant room 0-11 months old. Plus my own childcare experience with my baby. I then got moved to the 12-18 month old room & I really enjoy that stage of infancy.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Besides reading & singing songs to the kids I also enjoy teaching; vocabulary words, colors, shapes, numbers & sign language as well. Outside I like to encourage physical movement like playing with bubbles, jump ropes, red light green light.

I do not have experience with special needs children but my Aunt is a special needs educator. I’ve been to work with her more than a couple of times & seen what the environment is like in her classroom. I think special needs children are just as able & capable as children without it.
