My name is Kiya. I am a fun, energetic, artsy , and very social person. I love the idea of creating fun and smiles while also encouraging growth and development. I attended at The University of Arizona majoring in Chemistry and minoring in Spanish. I was a mentor leader/counselor for year 12 students wanting to attend College for 2 years until in 2018 I came back home to Chicago to start my career in Education. I've had a passion for pediatrics and Education since I was 10. I started with obtaining my Paraprofessional and working in the SPED community. After that it was history. I love working in education and watching children learn and grow. I've worked with ages 9 months -13 years for a total of 5 years. This is my passion and what I love.
