The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny can be an incredible job, but to me it's more than just a job. It's about creating a balance between the parents and the nanny so the kids don't feel like they are being tossed around. It's so important to me to have great communication and for the parents to feel like they are leaving their children with almost like a family member instead of someone else.

I have cared for children with feeding tubes. I also have a bit of experience caring for children with Autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love being able to create relationships with both the kids and the parents. I love when the kids see me in public and run up and give me hugs!
