A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Kristen Hunt and I'm a very energetic, passionate, and reliable person with a love for children. I'm currently a senior pursuing a Psychology degree at UNC-Chapel Hill, after which I intend to go to graduate school to become a psychologist who works with children with mental disorders.
I've had about 4-5 years of experience in caring for little ones, most of whom are family members or children of friends/coworkers. My experience as a Lifeguard Supervisor and CNA has not only taught me technical skills such as CPR & BLS, but has also engrained in me a genuine love and respect for each person I care for. For the kids I watch, this means helping them nurture their passions and develop healthy attitudes. I'm always their biggest cheerleader and encouraging them to give 110% in all they do.
Also, I'm available to assist with housework, cooking, errands, taking kids fun places (I have my own transportation), and travel. Let me know what you need and I'll be happy to help!
