Growing up and into my adult years I have always babysat and watched my little cousins all the time. Their ages ranged from 6 months to 10 years old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am not too big on tablets and really like for kids to learn fine motor skills and learning to express their emotions. Things like arts and crafts, helping to make food(depending on age) etc.

Although I have not been a professional Nanny, I have had my fair share of my time babysitting my younger cousins. I always enjoyed watching them because I helped create long lasting memories for them and hearing them talk about it with their parents.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I had to babysit my cousins ages 6 and 10. They wanted me to tell them a made up story before they went to bed. I finished the story and they kept asking for another story. I said okay, one more and then you two need to sleep. I finished the second story and once again, they wanted another story! I laughed a little bit and told them they really needed to get to bed so they can get their beauty sleep and they gave up and went to sleep
