Hey! My name is Kristin, I am 18 years old and I'm going to college to major in nursing. I've had experience with kids. I've babysat my brothers since I was 12 years old. Around the age of 14, I would babysit for our neighbor and she had three kids. They were 3,5,and 7. They were the sweetest kids I've ever met. I've also babysat for other families as well, so I've delt with kids from the age of 8 months-13 years old. I've babysat my niece who was 8 months and now she's two. I've never been a nanny before, I've just occasionally babysat for people if they needed me to. I'm very patient and I love kids. I want to be a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner who works with babies in the NICU. As I mentioned before, I am going to college in the fall. I did my entire freshman year online, so for my sophomore year, I will be attending ETSU. I'm very smart, I made the deans list and I finished first semester with straight A's and a 4.0. I have reliable transportation.

I've babysat kids from the age of 8 months - 13 years old. That includes our neighbors kids, my niece, and brothers.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

It honestly depends on their age. I enjoy all activities such as going to a park, drawing, finger painting, watching a kid friendly movie, and baking. The three kids I use to babysit would always help me in the kitchen. They would clean the bowl and help mix the cookie batter. They were 3,5, and 7.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the one thing that matters most is the child and making sure that they have everything they need. You also want to keep watch on the child the entire time you're there. As well as following any expectations that the parents may have.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My most favorite moment was when I taught this little girl how to ride her bike with out training wheels. Her name was Rory and she was one of the three kids I babysat. The other two were named Remy and Racer. They were the ages of 3,5, and 7. Roy begged me to teach her how to ride a bike and she learned it within a week. I went over there everyday and practiced with her. On her final day of practicing, her mom pulled in just in time. She saw her daughter riding her bike with no help and no training wheels. They were both so happy and excited. The little girl came up and hugged me, then said "Thankyou Thankyou, I'm so happy I can ride my bike. You're the best" That was the most memorable day for me.
