During high school, I would baby sit for my relatives or family friends. I used to volunteer to help buy children school supplies and read to them in college. At my last job, I would baby sit for my bosses when. they would not have a baby sitter available.

The most important part about being a nanny is being able to understand the child because they are all unique in their own way. Being able to see children's stepping stone through out our time together is precious. Bonding is important for children and nannies.
