One of the most significant qualities for nannies is patience. You will be around kids for long stretches of time as a nanny. Also making sure my kid feels safe and heard.

I've worked with children with special needs and used ABA therapy for a full year. I've worked in after-school programs where I've taught children with special needs life skills like cooking, cleaning, and math for three years. My undergraduate degree is in special education.
