A little bit about me

Hi everyone! Currently take care of a 18-month old with ACC/FOXG1 syndrome. He does PT/OT/SPT every week and I have had to learn in order to incorporate all the stretches, speech redecorations, etc. into our structured routine. I have been with him since he was 8 weeks old and that’s when we started early intervention. I sadly have to leave due to scheduling conflicts, but I don’t want to give up nannying!

Before him, I was with a family that had 2 girls. I started with them when they were 1.5 and 6 weeks. I have stayed closely connected with them and they are like family to me now! I was with them for 2.5 years.

I also grew up in a home with children as my mom has been a daycare provider for 16 years.

I am currently getting my master’s at Friend’s University going through their marriage and family therapy program. My hope is to become a play therapist!

I got my bachelors in psychology with an emphasis on child development and I have a minor in American Sign Language.
