The most important part about being a nanny is understanding and respecting the parents wants and needs for their child/children and honoring their wishes. Communication is key and very vital to me. It’s also important to know if the child has any allergies to food, pets or even environmental allergies to avoid any reactions or illnesses. Safety and infection control is important to me.
