A little bit about me

My name is Lacey Ordakowski! I am 24 :)

I’m recently returning from my au pair experience abroad, where I was a nanny for over a year in Poland.

I have lifelong experience working with children ages 5–21, including those with a wide range of disabilities.

I assist now a 28 year old friend with Autism helping him in the community and navigate daily independence.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have a musical background. I enjoy singing and fostering creative thinking with kids. I’m also a substitute teacher in Anne Arundel County, assisting with child development.
