I am a passionate Montessori Preschool teacher currently living in a van with my family. I fell in love with the Montessori approach 3 years ago. Since then, I have been honing my talents. I have experience in outdoor education, art, a variety of ages (3 months to 12 years), and am always grateful to learn something new. I have experience in the classroom, teaching classes, one on one tutoring, nannying/babysitting, wedding childcare, daycares, and girl scout-type environments. I have been working with children for 5 years in professional settings and 10 years total. Born and raised in the mountains of Montana, I have a great love for the outdoors along with many skills to accompany that love. I spend my free time exploring, reading, knitting, and enjoying my family. I have wonderful references upon request and am up to date with CPR and First Aid certifications. I worked an assistant Montessori Teacher at Fort Collins Montessori School for 2 years. I taught extracurricular classes during that time that included art, yoga, and nature classes. I have worked as a tutor for ages 4-8. I worked at a childcare center for a year with children from 3 months old to 12 years old. I have worked in two different after-school programs with preschool and elementary aged students.
