The most important thing as a nanny is ensuring children feel safe, loved, and supported. When children feel secure, they are able to learn, grow, build confidence, and have fun. I believe in creating a nurturing environment while maintaining open communication with parents and being a positive role model for the children in my care.

My favorite nanny moment was comforting a child who was nervous about being away from their parents. By the end of the day, they were smiling, playing, and having fun. Building that trust and helping children feel safe is one of the most rewarding parts of being a nanny.
