Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My number one favorite activity to do with the littles are arts and crafts! I myself enjoy painting and creating crafts in my free time. In my opinion, hands on activities are what keep the kids occupied and lets them turn their thoughts into something creative. Now if we’re talking about letting out some energy, outside is the best fit to run around and enjoy some fresh air!
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters to me about being a babysitter is keeping the child happy as well as getting to know more about what they like, don't like, what comforts them, safety, daily routines, and so on.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with those who have disabilities and those who are special needs. I myself have a cousin who I care for sometimes who is special needs and cannot verbally communicate with me. I also have experience with working with those who have disabilities through volunteering at 2 different adult day services which is basically an adult day care with many different personalities and disabilities. I like to plan crafts and activities to do with them including playing bingo with them, uno, painting, or just sitting and making conversation.

My favorite part of being a babysitter is just hearing the positive feedback and seeing the kids enjoy their time. I want nothing but for the kids and parents to feel comfortable with my services that I can and will provide to the best of my extent.
