To me it’s to fill in where parents leave off, now how I see things nanny’s or baby sitters are to help with the children of the parents. They are paid for there time with the kid to cook , clean , play with the kid, put them to bed etc.

I have many special needs children in my family. I have a cousin she just graduated from highschool and she has special needs, super fun and cool to be around growing up. And I have friends with siblings with special needs that I’m always around and they are the coolest funniest kids ever.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment would probably have to be ever single time I meet a kid that sees me as there peace. Meaning they cling on to me as if I was one of their own. Everytime with me is a good time, I absolutely love kids.
