Hi I’m Laney! I just finished my 4th year at the University of Vermont. I am currently living in Burlington and planning on moving to the Somerville area after I walk in May and move out. I have a lot of previous experience including working at Mater Christi School as an after school counselor and summer camp counselor, lifeguarding for 6 years, as well as my current nannying/babysitting positions. I am from New Jersey originally and have a lot of nannying and babysitting experience there as well. I have experience with all ages from newborns to preteens. I am also a certified lifeguard with 6 years of experience meaning that I have first aid, AED, and CPR certifications. I also have two dogs so I’m great with pets! I just graduated with my bachelors of science in Community Centered Design with a concentration in green design, but most of my experience lies in working with children in many different capacities. Lifeguarding involved looking after many kids and playing pool games with them. i was an after school counselor and summer camp counselor at Mater Christi School. I am currently working two part time nanny jobs in Vermont.

My favorite thing to do is spend time outside and I also especially enjoy swimming, music, dancing, cooking, reading, and art.
