In high school I was an ECT(Early Childhood Teacher) for the pre-school. I helped plan the day, including but not limited to...Snack, English, Math, Science. So our lesson plans. I also helped with art and music. I loved working with those goofballs while I was in high school!

I love doing anything creative. This includes...arts and crafts, playing outside and getting fresh air, playing hide and go seek, building with play-dough, playing board games, and interactive games, and if the parents allow a little tv or game time.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel like it's letting the kids and parents both know that they are safe. That their child will be taken care of to the best. I think letting the kids brains develop with both creative and educational purposes is good too. Kids learn by example and watch every move. My goal is to make sure that I make a good impact on both the parents and kids.
My experience with special needs children...
I have babysat kids both high and low on the spectrum, non-verbal, and deaf kids. I love working with these kids and I get to help teach them so much.

When I was 11 years old, I babysat 6 kids my very first time babysitting outside of family. They were very entertaining and fun to babysit. I loved doing creative things with them, we became bestfriends and they asked their parents everytime if I could babysit them. The parents loved me as well.
