As an educator, I made the intentional decision to step away from the classroom this school year not only to pursue my doctorate in Educational Leadership, but also to be more present in my children’s daily lives during this critical time.

This season has allowed me to fully invest in my role as a mother by actively engaging in my children’s school experiences and supporting them.
