A little bit about me

My name is Lauren Bailey. I am 19 years old and I currently attend Winona State University. I’m
interested in nanny this summer. Through my time, caring and being with my two niece and
nephews, I have gained hands on experience, managing the needs of children across a
wide age range. My experiences ranges from providing care for infants as young as two
months old to high energetic and engaging activities and educational play with children up
to eight years old. Through this time this has taught me how to remain patient and be able to
adapt in a safe manner while attending the needs of children and ensuring that every child is
getting the care that feels supported in active.
