I love doing hands-on activities with kiddos, such as baking, crafting, coloring/painting, and building. Imaginative play is a fun way to incorporate learning and cognitive skills into playtime! I also love exploring nature with kids when the weather permits. There are so many fun things to explore in the world around us!

I love helping kids become kind, inquisitive, happy individuals who want to know all about their world and be a part of it. As a nanny, I'm helping to shape who kids are on a fundamental level, and nothing is more important than that.
My experience with special needs children...
I have extensive experience working with children with varying degrees of autism and ADHD. Working with neurodivergent kiddos to help them thrive in a world that is sadly not designed for them is one of my favorite parts of my job.
The most important part about being a nanny...
During the pandemic, I was fortunate to work with an amazing deaf family with hearing children (CODAs). I spent the school year assisting the 5 year old with virtual kindergarten, and as a CODA, she very much struggled with letter sounds. The school year started off a good bit difficult for her (she also has ADHD), but by the end of the year, she could read a whole page by herself! I cried happy tears when she read a page all on her own for the first time!
