My name is Lauren, and I have a strong passion for the performing arts, as well as with Health & Wellness. I have an extensive background in teaching and facilitating medium to large groups of children (Ages 6-15), as well as working one-on-one through babysitting and children's life coaching. My specialties involve Performing Arts, as I taught hip-hop/ jazz dance for 8 years with ages 6-18. I am CPR/AED certified through my former career as a Pilates/Barre instructor, and I've also taught kids mindfulness workshops through Lululemon's younger girls brand, ivivva. I currently work part-time as a remote, contracted product specialist for Honda corporate and Volkswagen.
