Hello! My name is Lauren and I am a compassionate, kind, fun person who loves working with children. I love taking care of infants and toddlers who are learning so much so fast as well as young children who need a buddy to play with, read with, run around with, and generally just be a companion while Mom or Dad are working. I have two nephews (3 and 2 yrs old) who light up my life and have given me the bulk of my hands-on experience with children. I understand the importance of setting boundaries with young kids, allowing them independent play-time, as well as establishing a routine.
