A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Lauren and I’m looking for a nanny position for July and August. I recently graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2021 with a B. A. in Psychology and a B. S. in Communicative Disorders! I enjoy working out and running in my free time. In high school, I participated in a preschool program throughout all my four years, where I was paired with children ages 3 to 5 to guide them in their schoolwork and relationships. During the summers of '18 & '21, I worked with ages 6 - 15 at Camp Wicosuta, an all girls sleep away camp, as a camp mom and waterfront staff. Currently, I am enrolled in the Northeastern University's School Psychology masters program, as well as working towards receiving a certification in Early Intervention. In my practicum for EI, we use a family-centered approach, providing services for children ages birth - 3 who experience developmental delays or disabilities.
